At Octa Beauty, customer satisfaction is our priority. Therefore:
Products
1. Products can be returned within 7 days of receipt if unused and in their original packaging.
2. Opened or used products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
Services
1. Payments for services are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
2. If an appointment is canceled at least 24 hours in advance, clients may reschedule or request a refund.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
